TUTORING SCHEDULE AND SMART LUNCH DUTY SCHEDULE:


Enrichment and remediation tutoring opportunities today are: A lunch-R-Math and Spanish; E-Social Studies, B lunch-R-Arts and CTE, Gym is closed.  Media center is a silent study hall.


SCHOOL NEWS:   

  • Prom tickets will be sold this week on Tuesday and Thursday, first lunch only. Make sure you turn in your guest forms by Wednesday. Forms are required for any one that is not a Junior or Senior at NSHS.

  • When driving in the parking lot and on campus please make sure that you are following all traffic patterns for the safety of you and others.

  • If you are not a part of an athletic practice or staying for an approved after school activity you must exit the campus at 3:05.  If you are staying for any off season workouts your ride must be here to pick you up immediately at the conclusion of the workout.

  • Dream Team Anita t-shirts will be on sale during lunch.  They are $10. Please come support Anita as we make her Dream Come True.

  • Seniors, if you have been accepted to any college please let Mrs. Helms know and if you have been offered any scholarship money, even if you are not going to that school, please let Mrs. Helms know the amount.  This also includes enlisting into the military as well.

  • Student Council is selling Krispy Kreme doughnuts to raise money for Relay for Life.  A dozen of original glazed will be sold for $9, speciality doughnuts will be $11. Coffee and doughnut certificates will also be sold for $9, as well as BOGO cards for $20.  See Mrs. Story or any student council member for purchase.


ACADEMIC NEWS:

  • Seniors looking for a job in the Construction Area - see Mrs. Helms.

  • County Wide AIG meeting will be Wednesday, April 10th - 6-8 pm in Stanly County Board of Education Meeting Room. Come see what opportunities are available for AIG students.


EXTRACURRICULAR NEWS:

  • Good luck to all of the students going to SkillsUSA competition.


ATHLETIC NEWS:

  • All events have been cancelled for today.
